Something so common and routine as the simple gesture of tying shoes, but how many of us know more than one that is usually what we use every day? perhaps by learning other ways we can overcome the usual routine. .
There are many ways of actually connecting shoes, but the most common are four and they all start from a knot made with the two ends of the laces.
The knot called SIMPLE is made by first making a ring with one of the two laces with the other hand wrapping the other lace around the ring made previously, pulling the lace through the hole forming another ring and the knot is done.
The second knot is called A RABBIT EARS, after having made the initial knot two rings are made with both laces and knotted together tightening them well.
The third knot, also called CIRCLE, is composed of the first knot of the two tight laces followed by a second slow knot, first putting one lace on then the other in the circle just made but without letting them slip completely into the circle, pulling the rings and tighten.
Finally the LAN node that is made after the initial node and two rings with laces, holding tightly and joining the bases of the two rings, slips one inside the other and then tightens, now the shoes will have two rings in the middle and they will be well connected.
